About The Position

Shift Supervisor – Dining Division Location: DFW Airport Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate Classification: Non-Exempt Reports To: General Manager Lead the Team. Drive Results. Paradies Lagardère is seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Supervisor to support daily operations and lead team members in a fast-paced airport dining environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and creating a positive, productive workplace culture. The Shift Supervisor serves as a leader on duty, providing direction, coaching, and support to team members while ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Customer-focused with a team-oriented mindset
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
  • Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying as part of daily operations

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily operations during assigned shifts
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve performance goals
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and a positive customer experience
  • Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and operational efficiency
  • Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding new employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food safety requirements
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Support inventory management, product quality, and loss prevention efforts
  • Assist with opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures as required
  • Communicate operational updates and shift performance to management
