About The Position
The Shift Supervisor at Barchemy LLC plays a critical role in overseeing daily production activities across all three primary zones: Batch Building & Milling (Compound Room), Depositing, and Packaging. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, employee safety, product quality, and adherence to production schedules while fostering a positive and accountable team culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years manufacturing experience, 1+ year leadership role (food manufacturing preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical leadership certifications a plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production reporting tools.

Responsibilities
- Manage shift operations to achieve production goals for output, efficiency, and quality.
- Lead shift huddles, assign roles, and verify staffing coverage.
- Ensure GMPT, SOP, and safety compliance.
- Trac downtime, support process improvements, and communicate with leadership.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and R&D; for trials and issue resolution.
