Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Full work availability – days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • 1+ years’ restaurant management experience
  • Exposure to financial accountability
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Satisfy a background check
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand up to 12 hours
  • Ability to handle or feel operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position various items including registers, slicers, knives, scissors, other machinery, and a computer.
  • Ability to occasionally ascend/descend a step ladder.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Ability to talk/hear, communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself, exchange information.
  • Ability to read monitors, menus, and learning systems.
  • Ability to frequently move product, dishes, boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in environments with low temperatures and high heat.

Responsibilities

  • Walk, move, traverse the restaurant to access the dining room, prep area, restrooms, and dumpster area.
  • Use hands/fingers to handle or feel operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position. May use a register, slicer, knives, scissors, other machinery, and a computer.
  • Ascend/descend a step ladder to reach product on top shelves.
  • Constantly position self to maintain cleanliness of restaurant, including under the tables and prep areas. Also, to retrieve product.
  • Communicate with fellow employees or guests and exchange accurate information.
  • Read monitors, menus, and learning systems.
  • Frequently move product, dishes, boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Work in environments with low temperatures (walk-in freezer and cooler) and high heat (walk-in oven, or wall mounted ovens).
