Requirements

• Effective communicator
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to do some heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
• Willingness to occasionally fill in for crew and work other positions
• Must be at least 18 years of age to operate certain equipment

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma, GED, or some college is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead by example
• Support those in higher responsibility positions
• Ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive the perfect experience
• Implement and promote new marketing promotions
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure products are consistently above standards
