Shift Supervisor (Full And Part Time)
About The Position
We are hiring immediately for full and part time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions. This role involves directing the activities of associates during a specific shift and overseeing the completion of assigned job expectations while maintaining policy and procedure. Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience is required.
- Previous cooking experience is required.
- Previous food service experience is required.
- Previous food safety experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
