About The Position

Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee an assigned shop shift and partner with the shop leadership team to support overall operations. The role is responsible for smooth, efficient shop operations and creating a positive customer experience. The Shift Supervisor will lead daily operational execution, help develop hourly Team Members, and support the Assistant Manager and General Manager with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours. The position also offers opportunities for growth through experience and learning.

Requirements

Two years of relevant experience.
One year of experience supervising a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to fostering an equitable, unbiased culture where employees are empowered to express their originality.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Travel requirement of 0–10%.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
Manage the flow of service to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
Help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
Assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
Provide exceptional customer service and foster a culture where customers and employees feel welcomed and valued.
Partner with the shop leadership team to provide overall shop support as needed.
