Requirements
- A go-getter with a passion for people and leadership!
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is a plus—but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills—you’re the kind of person who can think on your feet.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays. We’re open when our guests are hungry!
Responsibilities
- Energize and motivate the crew, ensuring every shift is smooth, fun, and successful!
- Interact with guests, solve problems on the spot, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
- Hone your skills by coaching team members, leading by example, and making key decisions.
- Ensure quality food, clean restaurants, and a positive environment for both employees and guests.
- Manage inventory, handle cash, and help with scheduling—this is your chance to take on real responsibility!
