Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Overnight work availability, including holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Satisfy a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to stand up to 12 hours
• Ability to use hands/fingers to handle or feel operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position.
• Ability to climb (ladders) or balance, ascend/descend, work atop, traverse.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, position self (to), move.
• Ability to talk/hear, communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself, exchange information.
• Ability to carry weight, lift, move, transport, position, put, install, remove.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to low temperatures in walk-in freezer and cooler.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to high heat in walk-in oven, or wall mounted ovens.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts to ensure guest delight and operational efficiency.
• Train and guide team members.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Handle customer interactions and ensure accurate information exchange.
• Operate registers, slicers, knives, scissors, other machinery, and computers.
• Access dining room, prep area, restrooms, and dumpster area.
• Reach product on top shelves using a step ladder.
• Move product, dishes, and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
