As a Clarion Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our clients property and personnel. You will know all site-specific policies and procedures, be attentive and alert, record and report incidents, and participate in the clients emergency response procedures as appropriate and provide superior customer service.

Requirements

Must be able to commute to Glendale, KY for work.
Requires 1 - 2 years of security experience.
6 months - 1 year of supervisor experience (experience in the security field preferred).
Driving position: Must possess and valid driver's license and be a minimum of 25 years of age or older.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Deep digital understanding.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology.

Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce and help desk support software.

As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Utilization of computer skills to operate Office and CRM software.
