About The Position

The Shift Supervisor Level 2 role is responsible for providing prompt and excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the site. This position requires the ability to perform all CSR and Supervisor 1 Level job duties, work weekends, and demonstrate responsibility when the Site Manager is off-site. The supervisor will enforce safety policies, understand chemical room equipment, and assist with repairs. They must report to work on time and adhere to the dress code. The role involves significant customer interaction, site upkeep, opening/closing procedures, and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
  • Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions.
  • Ability to work in damp and humid conditions.
  • Ability to work in outdoor variable weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to work with minimum direction and periodic supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.
  • Greets customers, answers questions, and explains wash options.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and reports any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
  • Satisfactorily completes all CSR and Supervisor 1 Level job duties.
  • Works weekends.
  • Demonstrates responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
  • Enforces all safety policies.
  • Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
  • Assists Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
  • Cleans out solenoid.
  • Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
  • Performs customer interaction (60%).
  • Performs site upkeep (cleaning/maintaining) (30%).
  • Performs opening/closing procedures (5%).
  • Performs basic troubleshooting (5%).
