The Shift Supervisor Level 2 is responsible for providing prompt and excellent customer service, greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options. This role ensures customer satisfaction and timely reporting of any inquiries or issues. The supervisor must be able to perform all CSR and Supervisor 1 Level job duties, work weekends, demonstrate responsibility when the Site Manager is off-site, and enforce all safety policies. They must understand the functions of all chemical room equipment, assist with equipment repairs, and be able to clean out solenoids. Reporting to work on time and adhering to the dress code are also key responsibilities. The role involves significant customer interaction (60%), site upkeep (30%), opening/closing procedures (5%), and basic troubleshooting (5%).
