About The Position

The Facilities Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Facilities Department, ensuring all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to company standards. This role provides leadership to maintenance staff, coordinates work orders, manages preventive maintenance programs, and ensures a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained property. Responsibilities

  • Prioritize, delegate, and verify completion of all work orders in a timely manner.
  • Oversee PM schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen and building equipment.
  • Ensure all work follows OSHA standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with contractors, verify scope of work, and ensure quality of service.
  • Lead response to floods, leaks, outages, and other urgent facility issues.
  • Document repairs, track equipment performance, and provide updates to management.
