About The Position

RoyOMartin is seeking a Shift Production Supervisor to join their team. This role involves developing and implementing safe work practices, providing direction and coordination for production activities, and leading the team to meet or exceed operational expectations. The supervisor will also evaluate manufacturing equipment, ensure product quality, perform complex problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement, and train new team members. Requirements

High-school diploma or equivalent
Stable employment history
Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Computer proficiency
5+ years in manufacturing
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
