About The Position

RoyOMartin is seeking a Shift Production Supervisor to join their team. This role involves developing and implementing safe work practices, providing direction and coordination for production activities, and leading the team to meet or exceed operational expectations. The supervisor will also evaluate manufacturing equipment, ensure product quality, perform complex problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement, and train new team members. The ideal candidate will have a positive and proactive approach to safety, strong ethical standards, and the ability to coach and mentor others through example. Key skills include interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, prioritization, and time management. Detail orientation, self-confidence, emotional maturity, and a sense of urgency are also important qualities.

Requirements

  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Stable employment history
  • Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Computer proficiency
  • 5+ years in manufacturing
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
