About The Position

Panchero's Mexican Grill is hiring a Shift Operations Supervisor to lead team members and support restaurant operations. The role includes food preparation and burrito building, customer service, leadership and employee management, cash handling, and maintaining kitchen and restaurant sanitation. Requirements

• Leadership experience is required.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, and move items.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Able to move and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities
