Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on work experience in industrial maintenance
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical/Electrical Certification or degree
Responsibilities
- Developing and promoting safe work practices
- Maintaining daily records in a computerized maintenance system
- Applying technical knowledge to improve the conditions of all mill equipment, overhead cranes, etc.
- Utilize skills toward preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance on all equipment
