About The Position

The Shift Millwright is responsible for providing maintenance support to plant operations. This includes understanding and maintaining hydraulic, cooling, lubrication, and environmental control systems, overhead cranes, equipment alignments, and water treatment facilities. The role also requires welding and fabrication skills. Candidates must be able to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime. Safety is paramount, and employees must be able to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Two years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
• Ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Nice To Haves

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Maintenance Management System.
• Ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
