About The Position
Minutemen Staffing is supporting one of our customers in Sterling Heights in hiring 3 Shift Managers (one for each shift). This is a temporary position with a pay rate of $20/hour. The role involves managing and leading teams, performing data entry, and supporting daily production and workforce operations.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory/management experience
- Basic Excel skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, speak)
- Willing to work a temporary 7-day workweek as needed
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead teams of 30–40 employees
- Perform basic Excel data entry and reporting
- Support daily production and workforce operations
