About The Position

The Shift Manager works at a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location and provides quality customer service and food products according to Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards. The role helps enhance each customer’s visit while assisting with and learning management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products using Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with management responsibilities while learning those responsibilities.
