About The Position

At Five Guys, Shift Managers are trained to perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders. They are responsible for directing daily restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other assigned duties. Five Guys serves outstanding burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top-tier customer service approach. The company emphasizes real work/life hours, with most locations open from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm and no drive-thrus.
