About The Position

The Shift Manager works at a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. The role provides quality customer service and food products according to standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen, helping enhance each customer’s visit. The Shift Manager also assists with and learns management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor or manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language or languages of the work location; English fluency may be essential for certain customer service stations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products in accordance with Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with management responsibilities while learning those responsibilities.
