Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts effectively.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
• Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant during shifts.
• Handle customer service and resolve issues.
• Oversee food preparation and quality control.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards.
