About The Position
Cousins Subs is hiring a Shift Manager to lead the team during a shift, support daily store operations, and help deliver a positive guest experience. The role includes working alongside the crew in food preparation, cashiering, sandwich-line service, and cleaning, as needed. The Shift Manager coaches team members, trains new hires, and helps maintain food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness. The position offers training and opportunities to advance into higher-level leadership roles; the company often promotes from within.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
- Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
- Good communication skills and a positive leadership approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
