About The Position

Our Shift Managers are responsible for making sure each shift runs smoothly! Beyond running a shift, this person is heavily involved in training new associates, being an example of “remaining calm at all times”, opening and closing the store, and above all else, ensuring that our product is to the highest of standards and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • Must be 18+ years of age to be considered for this position.
  • 6+ months of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in a related industry
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must be able to work full-time and have open availability, including late nights, weekends and some holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Solid employment track record with positive references
