About The Position

As the Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations of the restaurant and upholding Off The Hook standards and culture during every shift. The work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment which requires long periods of standing, lifting and bending.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorates that may be change
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evening, and weekends and travel as needed for work related functions and training
  • Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Possess a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Partner with General and Assistant General Manager to ensure operations meet all Off The Hook standards during shifts
  • Acts as manager on duty and open and closes the restaurant
  • Enforces Off The Hook polices and standards
  • Provide exemplary guest service
  • Uses tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective actions when needed
  • Always ensure cleanliness of restaurant during the shift
