About The Position
Marco’s Pizza is hiring Shift Leaders for its Belleview, Florida store, with a path to Assistant General Manager and potentially General Manager for candidates who demonstrate potential. The role supervises the crew and workstations during daily store operations and is responsible for product quality, customer service, and adherence to company procedures and policies. The company will train employees across restaurant positions and in managing people and shifts; prior fast-food experience is useful but not required. Some closing shifts are required after training.
