About The Position
RC Management is hiring experienced Certified Shift Managers and Department Managers to lead its McDonald’s restaurants. Shift Managers oversee restaurant operations during their shifts, guide and motivate the crew, and help ensure customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate service. The role involves maintaining food safety and quality standards, training and coaching crew members, managing scheduling, inventory, and labor, and ensuring daily cleanliness and safety.
