About The Position

The Shift Manager works at a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. The role provides quality customer service and food products according to standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen, with the goal of enhancing each customer’s visit. The Shift Manager also assists with and learns management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products in accordance with Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist with and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
