About The Position

We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our team. This role involves inspiring a team, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment, managing and leading a team of Crew Members, participating in community events, and upholding cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will lead by example, be accountable, have high expectations, and be able to problem-solve with confidence, prioritizing a positive culture and excellent guest experience.
