About The Position

Super Star Car Wash is an industry-leading provider of car wash, detail, and lubrication services across Arizona, California, Texas, and Colorado. Shift Managers are operational leaders responsible for daily business execution and serve as Manager-on-Duty, overseeing onsite culture, team performance, safety, service execution, and the guest experience. The role offers hands-on leadership responsibility and a pathway to higher-level operational leadership. Shift Managers rotate through defined areas of responsibility to develop broad leadership, business, and operational skills.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style.

• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty and resolve guest and team issues with confidence and discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Coach team members, hold them accountable to operational standards, and provide hands-on coaching.
• Recognize team members, support training completion, and promote engagement and accountability.
• Model company values and enforce policies and procedures.
• Identify safety risks proactively and address issues immediately.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards.
• Rotate through people and staffing leadership responsibilities, including scheduling, onboarding support, attendance tracking, performance documentation, and training compliance.
• Rotate through sales and training leadership responsibilities, including team training, coaching sales behaviors, certification support, and identifying development gaps.
• Rotate through operations and tunnel leadership responsibilities, including site cleanliness, equipment readiness, preventive maintenance coordination, and lot organization.
