About The Position

Shift Managers are the operational leaders who drive our business daily. As Manager-on-Duty, you are accountable for driving onsite culture, team performance, safety, service execution, and the overall guest experience. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy developing people, and are looking for a clear pathway into higher-level operational leadership. Shift Managers rotate through defined areas of responsibility to build well rounded leadership, business, and operational skills.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results
High integrity and professionalism
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable
Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style

Nice To Haves

Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred

Responsibilities

Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards
Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion
Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through
Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness
Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to operational standards
Provide shoulder to shoulder coaching and celebrate and recognize team members
Support training completion and promote a culture of engagement and accountability
Model company values and enforce policies and procedures
Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately
Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards
Scheduling, onboarding support, attendance tracking, performance documentation, and training compliance
Team training, coaching sales behaviors, certification support, and identifying development gaps
Site cleanliness, equipment readiness, preventive maintenance coordination, and lot organization
