About The Position
The Shift Manager will help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis. This role will assist the management team in ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. The Shift Manager will also support team members through performance and training initiatives. A key aspect of this role is providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer retention.
Requirements
- At least six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
