About The Position
As a Shift Manager, you supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You also assist the management team by supporting and coaching team members so tasks are performed effectively and guests have legendary experiences.
Requirements
- Be of the minimum age required to serve alcoholic beverages, or older if applicable law requires it.
- Have exceptional time-management, attention-to-detail, and guest-service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Preferably, have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
