About The Position
The Shift Manager will help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. This role will also support the management team through performance and training initiatives, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer retention.
Requirements
- At least six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
