• Monitor ticket times and service speed.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and organization.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Coach employees for success.
• Identify future leaders.
• Help build a positive, high-performing culture.
