About The Position

EYAS Hospitality Group, a proud Burger King franchisee, is seeking experienced leaders to join their team as Shift Managers. They operate 54 Burger King restaurants and are committed to being an employer of choice by fostering a people-first culture that emphasizes hospitality, integrity, and team growth. This role involves leading restaurant operations, managing a team, controlling costs, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma
  • Some college or restaurant management coursework
  • 6 months of quick serve restaurant experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties), providing feedback and training
  • Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift
  • Exceed brand standards and deliver a best-in-class guest experience through hospitality excellence
  • Uphold food safety, security, and labor standards
  • Model authentic communication and foster an environment of respect, trust, and accountability
