About The Position
EYAS Hospitality Group, a proud Burger King franchisee, is seeking experienced leaders to join their team as Shift Managers. This role involves leading restaurant operations, managing a team, controlling costs, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma
- Some college or restaurant management coursework
- 6 months of quick serve restaurant experience
Responsibilities
- Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties), providing feedback and training
- Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift
- Exceed brand standards and deliver a best-in-class guest experience through hospitality excellence
- Uphold food safety, security, and labor standards
- Model authentic communication and foster an environment of respect, trust, and accountability
