Our Shift Managers are responsible for making sure each shift runs smoothly! Beyond running a shift, this person is heavily involved in training new associates, being an example of “remaining calm at all times”, opening and closing the store, and above all else, ensuring that our product is to the highest of standards and providing exceptional customer service.
