About The Position
The Site Manager oversees daily operations in a fun, customer-focused environment, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and service are consistently met. This role requires enforcing company policies, leading by example, maintaining professionalism, and fostering a respectful and positive workplace culture. The manager is responsible for smooth venue operations, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. They also handle employee training, guest satisfaction, and the implementation of new menus, specials, and promotions while promoting open communication and teamwork.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- At least three years of leadership experience.
- Five years of food and beverage management experience.
- Proficiency in computer and point-of-sale systems.
- Must possess or obtain required certifications (ServSafe, Alcohol Server Permit).
- Ability to manage essential physical and mental demands, including multitasking and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
