Five Guys is serving up excellent opportunities for our Meriden location and we are interviewing for crew members, shift leaders and shift managers to join our team. We will be hosting a hiring event on Wednesday, 05/06 and Thursday, 05/07 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. both days. Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred
Honest, energetic, motivational and fun
