About The Position
EZCORP, a leading provider of pawn loans, is seeking a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker) to join their team. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Engaging personality
- Solid leadership skills
- Strong negotiation talents
- Ability to read and manage customer needs
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent judgment

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers.
- Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
- Create a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment.
- Supervise and coach store Team Members.
- Process loans and extensions.
- Come to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned.
- Perform opening and closing store procedures.
- Lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands-on involvement.
