The Shift Manager helps operate the restaurant day to day and supports the management team to ensure each shift runs smoothly. The role also helps team members through performance and training initiatives and provides exceptional customer service to encourage customers to return.

Requirements

• At least six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
