About The Position

Join EYAS Hospitality Group as a Shift Manager and lead with purpose! As a proud Burger King franchisee, EYAS Hospitality Group believes people are the heart of their business and is building more than restaurants – they're building teams, connections, and opportunities for everyone to thrive. They own and operate 54 Burger King restaurants and are looking for Shift Managers who share their commitment to hospitality, integrity, and team growth. This role involves driving restaurant success while leading a motivated, supported, and empowered team.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • 6 months of quick serve restaurant experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license. (required)
  • Physical ability to meet restaurant demands: standing, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, sweeping, mopping, and working in varied temperatures.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma (preferred)
  • Some college or restaurant management coursework (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties), providing feedback and training
  • Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift
  • Champion Hospitality: Exceed brand standards and deliver a best-in-class guest experience through hospitality excellence.
