The Role: · Manages all Food and Beverage shift Team Members. · Monitors inventory levels and scheduling of Team Members. · Planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling of operational outlet functions during their shift. · Maintain professional restaurant/ bar image, including restaurant/bar cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards during their shift. · Hires, trains, and supervises bar and restaurant/bar Team Members in conjunction with the Assistant Manager/Manager. · Organize and conduct on-shift and departmental meetings, and schedule and direct the Team Members in their work assignments. · Assures that all side work is accomplished, and all cleaning of equipment and storage areas is completed according to schedule. · Ensures thoughtful guest service in all areas. Responds to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to resolve the guest’s issue. · Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, utility, and labor costs. · Comply with all health and safety regulations. · Assures that the restaurant/bar and other areas are secure at the end of shift. · Ensure a safe working environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Completes accident reports promptly in the event that a guest or Team Member is injured. · Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service. · Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours). · Enforces and is knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming and ATC (state) regulations, and the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures. · Will assist in management of other food outlets in F&B Manager’s absence if needed. · Always follow the Company Service Standards model. · Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends. · Other duties may be assigned at any time.
