Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Shift Manager with maintenance experience to oversee daily operations and ensure the facility is safe, clean, and fully functional. This role combines team leadership with technical know-how, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both managing people and solving mechanical or facility-related issues.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• Hands-on maintenance experience (facility, mechanical, or electrical) required
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, active environment
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure all attractions and equipment are operating safely and efficiently
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on trampolines, padding, HVAC systems, and other facility components
• Troubleshoot and address minor mechanical or electrical issues
• Coordinate with external vendors for advanced repairs when needed
• Enforce safety rules and company policies to ensure a secure environment
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns or incidents professionally
• Open and/or close the facility, including cash handling and reporting
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the park
