The Shift Manager II (MGRII) position is a Non-Exempt role under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position typically reports to the General Manager, Director of Operations, or an intermediate F&B Multi Unit Manager II. The MGRII is responsible for supervising day-to-day activities of associates within a defined restaurant or point-of-sale area, ensuring compliance with company policies, and managing operational procedures. This role requires a varied and rotating schedule to be on-site during different operating days and hours, including opening, busy dayparts, and closing shifts, to effectively monitor restaurant associates' work activities.
