The Shift Manager I position is responsible for monitoring restaurant associates' work activities during various operating days and hours, including opening, busy day parts, and closing. This role requires knowledge of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards, as well as HACCP protocols. The position typically reports to the General Manager, Director of Operations, or an intermediate F&B Multi Unit Manager II. The Shift Manager I is expected to work a varied and rotating schedule to be on site during different operating days and hours.
