About The Position

Auntie Anne’s is known for its homemade, freshly baked, golden brown soft pretzels served with a smile. Chestnut Land Company, the largest and fastest-growing domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, is seeking a Shift Leader. This role involves directing restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to uphold the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety. Responsibilities include prepping, baking, and serving pretzels and other products, greeting customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently, monitoring employee breaks, overtime, and scheduling, and assisting with training new employees. The Shift Leader must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Prep, bake, and serve pretzels as well as other products.
• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
• Monitor breaks, overtime and scheduling for employees.
• Assist with training new employees.
