About The Position

WhiteWater Express is hiring a full-time Shift Leader for an active, fast-paced car wash operation. The role supports daily shift operations, assists with team oversight, serves customers, and helps maintain safe, clean, and high-quality operations. Paid training is provided, and car wash experience is not required. The company promotes from within and offers opportunities to advance into management.

The position involves being on your feet throughout the shift, leading and supporting team members, assisting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and available to work evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
