About The Position

The Shift Manager assists the management team by leading work shifts and performing assigned administrative tasks. The role directly supervises crew members, maintains responsibility for assigned duties, and is responsible for restaurant operations when the Restaurant General Manager is absent. The Shift Manager accomplishes these objectives by actively leading, coaching, and directing crew members day to day.

Responsibilities

• Lead work shifts and perform assigned administrative tasks.
• Directly supervise crew members and oversee their assigned duties.
• Be responsible for restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager.
• Model and drive excellence in customer service.
• Maintain compliance with company standards for products and facility specifications.
• Model excellence in food handling procedures and operational activities to achieve guest-service and performance targets.
• Assist in training, developing, and motivating crew members.
• Assist in achieving store financial results by running successful shifts to brand standards.
