About The Position
The Shift Leader role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing telephone orders, conducting inventory, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions, and proficiency in using computer systems for order entry. The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, responsible, and a quick, self-motivated learner.
Requirements
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person on our touch screen computer system.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- At least 18

Responsibilities
