About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee everything that happens during a shift. The role is responsible for cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Shift Leader is expected to set a positive example, follow all company policies and procedures, and ensure the crew does the same. The position offers a flexible work environment and opportunities to develop skills and grow within the organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A criminal background check is required.
• Requires judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and activities during the assigned shift.
